We are pleased to announce that the journal in the field of non-metallic materials: Semiconductor Science and Information Devices (ISSN: 2661-3212) has been officially included in the CAS database! This signifies that the academic quality of the journal has been widely recognized by international experts and scholars, and the journal will continue to publish high quality articles and apply for more top databases.
